Data Deletion Requests

Oasis Tech AI, Inc.
OASIS connects to third-party business platforms — including Meta, Google, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, and NetSuite — to consolidate advertising, sales, inventory, and financial data on behalf of our customers.
We do not collect or store personal Facebook or Instagram profile content. Our access to Meta is limited to business advertising and account data for the ad accounts a customer explicitly authorizes.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your OASIS account, email legal@oasistech.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Please include:
- The email address associated with your OASIS account
- Your company or workspace name
- Whether you want all data deleted, or only data from a specific integration (for example, Meta only)
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email. Access tokens for the relevant integrations are revoked upon receipt of the request.
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, billing and tax records, or security and audit logs. Any retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. We may also retain aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your business.
